Above is a photograph of the stars in the Twirly Shirley Series. The photo was taken from the original version of Twirly Shirley In Hurricane Shirley, in which Shirley creates such a commotion she causes a storm on top of the ocean. From books to video, they wrote, produced, and published themselves.

   Donna created the stories, and acted them out along with the children. Sabrina was the narrator in Twirly Shirley In My Sister The Twister. Donnie starred as the brother in Twirly Shirley And The Brother Like No Other. Donnie also helped with special effects (simulating a tornado, background effects, etc).

Nadia was a teacher in Twirly Shirley And The Brother Like No Other. She also had appearances in Hurricane Shirley.  Donna's grandson Trent (Nadia's son) starred in Twirly Shirley And The Brother Like No Other as the little boy on Santa's lap. Trent was also a news reporter in Twirly Shirley in Hurricane Shirley.

Last, but not least, is Shereene, who starred as Twirly Shirley. Shereene wore spinning braids and portrayed Shirley in each of the stories.
